Client Experience Manager
Erika Nall joins Virtus Financial Partners with over 20 years of experience in Administrative Operations and Business Development. She brings to us a range of skills in administrative operations, office management, public relations, print and publishing, franchising, sales and events management. Her roles included franchise compliance, business development, contract negotiations, technical support, corporate training, national and local marketing, conferences organization and events management.
Erika assists with new client onboarding process, provides leadership to our client operations support team; working to create an exceptional service experience for our clients. She assists with the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm, manages firm projects, marketing and special events.
Erika was a Scholar Athlete at the University of Rhode Island and graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology.
She volunteers for the The Big Henry Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to support underprivileged children. She has served as the Marketing Director and Events Photographer since 2011.
In Erika’s free time, you will find her on the sand playing beach volleyball, working with her husband remodeling projects, spending time with her family in the Adirondacks and volunteering her time coaching juniors beach volleyball.
